M. Scott Prickett
Scott serves in an Of Counsel role with Valverde & Rowell, PC, specializing in Criminal, Traffic and Personal Injury cases. Scott enjoys being in the courtroom and is in court practically every day representing clients with various criminal and traffic matters. He is a zealous courtroom advocate for each client and works hard to ensure the best possible outcome.
For 16 years prior to teaming with Valverde & Rowell, Scott worked in the insurance claims profession. For several different major insurance companies, Scott directly handled or provided guidance for literally thousands of claims on behalf of the insurance companies. These cases included auto, products and general liability disputes with many different types of injuries including fatalities as well as permanent disabilities. With this background, he understands the methods and mindsets of the insurance adjusters you would have to deal with following an accident that wasn't your fault.
Scott has served as a volunteer in the Youth Prison system as a mentor and program director. He enjoys coaching his daughter's soccer team and spending time with his wife and three children.
